Who is Balance for?

Balance is designed to help stretched employees feel in control as they try to meet the mounting demands of their busy jobs and lives. It will:

  • Help them get clear about their priorities and how to achieve them
  • Understand what it is that prevents 'good intentions' become action
  • Learn how to make their lives both more productive – but also more enjoyable.
  • Learn how to achieve the big goals at work whilst still maintaining a sustainable lifestyle

How is Balance used?

The Balance process is designed to help busy people take charge of their life and to take control of the mounting demands of their busy jobs. It is ideal where individuals are struggling with work-life balance or are coming to terms with the demands of a big new role.

As an example of how this can be used, Fidelity International support their Directors with the challenges of their high performance roles.

Debriefing the questionnaire and setting objectives.

Understanding how my good 'intentions' are sometimes not enough and unlocking the root causes behind my current patterns.

Specialist Face to Face

A two and a half hour face to face coaching session to break out of the unhealthy patterns you have got into.
