Who is Choices for?
Choices is designed to help individuals who are thinking about or facing choices in their life or their career. It will help them:
- Get really clear about what is important to them and find a choice that fits this
- Respond to the transition in a positive and ambitious way
- Explore the options available to them and evaluate them against a full range of criteria
- Develop a plan and be confident in their ability to achieve it
How is Choices used?

In Capgemini, young professionals gradually specialise as they progress in their career. Rather than allowing such a critical resource to find its path by chance, Capgemini wanted to offer key graduates a structured programme to help them choose their next steps. As a result, two years into their careers, graduates are offered the Choices product to support them as they make these critical decisions.
