How is Coach used?

"Building a Coaching Culture"

So many organisations have tried to introduce a coaching culture by running a series of one off workshops. Lyreco realised that, for coaching to start to live in the organisation the top team needed to have first hand experience of great coaching over a period of time. The Coach product enabled them to do this and, in doing so, has inspired them to bring the theory to life in the wider business.

This step will help you use the four faces of coaching to have a big impact more of the time. We will also introduce a coaching model and challenge the 'myths' of coaching.

A call focusing on improving your coaching and having a bigger impact.

 

Step Two: Me the Coach

This step will help you identify the specific Mindtraps or beliefs that stop you from being as powerful and effective a coach as you can be.

A call to discuss the mindtraps that affect you and what you can do about them and a more detailed look at how you can respond differently to those coaching scenarios you find most challenging

 

Step Three: Developing Others

Introduces a toolkit for developing others and then goes on to help unpick really challenging scenarios.

A call to discuss how to transform coaching relationships and how to apply coaching skills in your day to day business life.
