We have coached 160 Creative Pioneers as part of the NESTA Starter for Six programme. We provide them with coaching in between their NESTA training events, to help raise their confidence, build their resilience and implement their action plans whilst they prepare their bids for funding of up to £10,000. Independent evaluation stated that many participants reported making positive changes to their business and ways of working as a result of the telephone coaching.
