Launched in 2005, Coach in a Box is already having a significant impact on the global coaching industry. Coach in a Box are delighted to have helped Cadbury win Silver at the Chief Learning Officer Learning In Practice awards (Global Learning category) for the global roll out of their "Leadership for Performance" programme. James Longwell, former Global Learning & Development Director who ran the programme in Cadbury, said "I am absolutely delighted with this award which I accepted on behalf of the whole programme development team - both within Cadbury, but also our partners Coach in a Box and Bridge. They did an outstanding job and the team deserved broader global recognition for the hard work that went into this outstandingly successful initiative.

Coach in a Box are delighted to be supporting the Innovation Exchange with its Green Next Practice programme which will provide brokerage support to five high-potential third sector innovations that can help to reduce carbon emissions or build society’s capacity to reduce carbon emissions and will particularly focus on third sector innovations with the potential to green public services.
