Each of our programmes can be purchased at these three levels. It is our aim to be transparent with our pricing structure and give you the flexibility to chose the right level for your situation.

Focused two to three month solutions designed to help individuals break out of patterns and find different ways of approaching an issue. Ideally suited for any individual looking to trigger a change. Includes five calls with your Coach.
A five to six month programme of activity designed to help an individual make lasting progress on an issue. Ideally suited for particular audiences in an organisation where it is important to invest, not only in triggering a change, but also in supporting its implementation. Includes seven Coach calls and three Specialist calls.
Gold is designed for key individuals who seek a more personalised and tailored solution. Ideally suited for individuals wanting a greater level of personal attention or for individuals facing significant personal transitions. Includes seven Coach calls, two face to face Specialist sessions and one Specialist call.
A nine to twelve month programme based on international research into the elements that underpin a person’s ability to successfully transition to senior leadership. Each programme is tailored to the coachee however this example includes six face to face sessions with one of our Executive coaches with a structured programme of insights, tools and challenges.
All prices exclude VAT and/or any sales taxes. Shipping of materials and attendance at any briefing or launch events with associated expenses are also charged separately.

Tailored programmes
If our standard programme do not meet all of your needs, please call us to discuss what is missing. We regularly bespoke our programmes, run launch days, add extra individual or group coaching sessions and also tackle much larger cultural changes hand in hand with Bridge.
To bespoke our programme requires a design fee which will be charged as a one off cost, dependant on the length of design time required. The 'per programme' cost will depend on the amount of Coach and Specialist calls included in the programme.
